BRP product launches always mean high volumes of work at M&H, given the sheer number of creative assets, catalogs and POP needed for dealers around the globe; in other words, these launches need to address awareness, consideration and conversion needs.
M&H defined the roles and responsibilities of all BRP’s partners to ensure optimal communication and a smoothly flowing approval process, all while spearheading the campaign’s creative workflow.
Creative and technical resources were added to support the team assigned to BRP to guarantee that mandates were undertaken by the right profile of experts and to reduce the risk of errors and quality oversights.
Our Fast Track process was also implemented, opening a channel of direct, optimized communication between M&H’s resources, BRP’s requesters and the media and creative agencies.
