2024 campaign

A partner of BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products) for over five years, M&H is responsible for the creative process, acting as a production partner for its client and their ecosystem of agencies. Because of BRP’s constant growth, we adjust the size of our team according to the creative and technical needs that arise.

The project

A North American campaign to promote the new 2024 Can-Am Off-Road vehicles.

The challenge

BRP product launches always mean high volumes of work at M&H, given the sheer number of creative assets, catalogs and POP needed for dealers around the globe; in other words, these launches need to address awareness, consideration and conversion needs.

• Produce a large number of both print and digital creative assets (OOH, POP, social, web) in collaboration with several BRP teams
• Work with very short turnarounds
• Overcome communication challenges throughout the media and creative agency ecosystem

The solution

M&H defined the roles and responsibilities of all BRP’s partners to ensure optimal communication and a smoothly flowing approval process, all while spearheading the campaign’s creative workflow.

Creative and technical resources were added to support the team assigned to BRP to guarantee that mandates were undertaken by the right profile of experts and to reduce the risk of errors and quality oversights.

Our Fast Track process was also implemented, opening a channel of direct, optimized communication between M&H’s resources, BRP’s requesters and the media and creative agencies.
