After a year of studying law, I felt the urge to turn to a field that suited me better: human relations. I chose to study industrial relations to explore all the facets of HR work, a field where I could really make a difference.

With over 14 years’ experience in education, training and business and academic publishing, I’ve always been passionate about contributing to people’s personal growth. Forging enriching human relationships and finding creative solutions to improve team dynamics is what drives me.

I firmly believe that there’s always room for improvement. Challenging the status quo and looking for innovative ways to optimize processes and relationships within the organization is part of my daily routine.
