My passion for business naturally led me to business management and marketing. My career began at m&h in 2013 as a project manager, a position in which I fully immersed myself in the m&h product and developed a deep understanding of its unique qualities.

Over the course of my career, I’ve held a series of varied positions that have helped me master all the operational subtleties of our company. Since 2020, as vice-president, operations and clients, I’ve played a key role in developing strategic plans, aligning operational objectives with client needs, and leading our teams towards achieving our business goals.

My career at m&h has been marked by an unwavering passion for innovation and excellence. I’m dedicated to ensuring our clients’ success through a proactive and strategic approach. What’s more, I constantly strive to cultivate an environment that encourages innovation, normalizes operational excellence and makes every team member feel inspired to give their best to help us attain our common goals.
