For over five years now, m&h has been the creative production partner of BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products), an original equipment manufacturer. The m&h team works closely with the client and its network of agencies across the entire brand portfolio. Each year, BRP launches new models on the market and relies on m&h to adapt the creative campaign and develop a range of sales tools for its dealership network.

The project


A North American campaign to promote the new 2024 Can-Am Off-Road vehicles.

The challenge


BRP product launches always mean high volumes of work at m&h, given the sheer number of creative assets, catalogs and POP needed for dealers around the globe. This launch is approached as a brand awareness, consideration, and acquisition campaign:

  • Production of a full range of creative assets to meet the media plan, both print and digital (outdoor display, online video, social media, web), as well as numerous sales tools for dealers (catalogs, direct mail, POS, etc.), in direct collaboration with various BRP teams.
  • Execution within very short timelines given the volume of assets to be produced.
  • Communication challenge across the ecosystem of creative and media agencies.

The approach


As the team responsible for producing and deploying the brand campaign assets designed by the creative agency, as well as creatively adapting several sales tools such as product catalogs, social media assets, video edits, and POS materials for dealerships, m&h orchestrated the workflow between the agency and the client to ensure everything was delivered on time.

  • Creative and technical resources were added to support the team assigned to BRP to guarantee that mandates were undertaken rapidly by the right profile of experts and to reduce the risk of errors and quality oversights.
  • Our Fast Track model was deployed, putting BRP partners and the creative agency team in direct contact with m&h experts, optimizing communication and accelerating production.
