Front-End developer

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Analyze the creation teams’ needs and estimate the amount of work with the help of the project managers;
  • Develop and execute online advertisement campaigns, banners and newsletters using HTML5 technology;
  • Produce static and animated banners that respect the requirements of the various media servers (DoubleClick, Sizmek, AdGear, etc.);
  • Develop and integrate microsites (HTML5, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, etc.);
  • Optimize the code (compression, loading times, cache management);
  • Adapt the visuals to different screen sizes (responsive for desktop and mobile);
  • Ensure that all the technologies used function with all web browsers, including older ones, such as Internet Explorer 9 and Safari for mobile;
  • Provide technical support to the graphic-design teams during the design phase.

Qualifications and Skills



  • College diploma in Multimedia or equivalent;
  • Very good knowledge of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript;
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure while meeting deadlines;
  • Keen sense of organization, diligence and rapidity in executing tasks;
  • Initiative, resourcefulness and versatility;
  • Good communication skills and a healthy team spirit;
  • French–English bilingualism;
  • Flexibility regarding the work schedule (including evenings and weekends).


  • At least one year of experience with the front end, an important asset;
  • Ability to work with git (github, bitbucket, gitlab);
  • Knowledge of animation libraries (GreenSock, CreateJS, etc.);
  • Knowledge of the Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator);
  • Knowledge of the Litmus service;
  • Knowledge of Adobe XD;
  • Knowledge of the Jira, Trello, Monday, Wrike and Agile tools.

Project Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Create a relationship of trust with each client and proactively act as their professional consultant by anticipating setbacks and guiding them through our process;
  • Actively participate in production meetings; understand and analyze the jobs assigned to us by our clients;
  • Define the priorities and projected deadlines of the various ongoing projects, assigning them to the graphic designers according to skill set, availability and deliverables;
  • Clearly and accurately communicate the requirements of each job to the production team;
  • Play a proactive role in problem resolution and propose solutions adapted to each client’s reality in order to increase efficiency and service profitability;
  • Carry out all steps required to prepare job estimates, launch production and invoice projects;
  • Manage project costs and profitability;
  • Stay attentive of each client’s needs and develop new business perspectives.

Qualifications and Skills


  • University or college degree in a relevant field in addition to concrete experience in print-production project management within an advertising agency or studio;
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Good knowledge of graphic-design software on Mac;
  • Leadership, good communication skills and a healthy team spirit;
  • Entrepreneurial approach centred on client satisfaction;
  • Excellent ability to ensure follow-ups are performed;
  • Aptitude for business development; ability to recognize opportunities;

Graphic Designer (Montreal)

M&H is currently seeking a determined and motivated graphic designer to join our growing company. You will work directly with our internal team: project managers, retouchers, graphic designers and proofreaders. The ideal candidate excels at the creation of visual concepts up to the final delivery of projects, for both print and digital work.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Create visuals and graphic concepts while respecting clients’ standards (advertisements, displays, brochures, packaging, presentation materials, etc.);
  • Creative adaptation of previously developed concepts;
  • Design digital projects (newsletters, static banners, GIFs, microsite design, etc.);
  • Carry out photo searches, photomontages and basic image processing;
  • Carry out all stages of graphic production;
  • Ensure the progression of projects and follow up on steps from start to finish while respecting deadlines;
  • Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with clients.

Required profile and skills

  • College diploma in graphic design, bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent;
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat) on Mac OS platform;
