Promote on average seven Broadway shows annually.
Acting as an extension of their in-house creative studio, we manage many last-minute overflow projects. These are often characterized by tight and sometimes conflicting deadlines, especially when a show is new and everything must be created from scratch.
We have to be agile and work in symbiosis with the client, as several rounds of changes are required due to new details arising while the project is underway. Naturally, everything has to fall within the allocated budget.
We assigned a small, agile team to work directly with RPM’s studio including art directors, complementing their team in deploying all the components of each show.
More recently, we’ve also taken on the production of the shows’ websites, a testament to RPM’s confidence in m&h.
